Evening Prayer

Evening Prayer is a peaceful, reflective service of psalms, Scripture and spoken prayer at the close of the day. We sit together in the chancel (the choir stalls) and say the words of the service quietly and unhurriedly. Numbers are usually small, which keeps it simple and intimate. There is sometimes music, but mostly just silence, stillness, and prayer for the world and for one another.
