About the event
A two night trip for children in years 3-9. We will be staying at Seahouses Hostel.
A general itinerary:
Tuesday: Leave St Bart't at 10am (please bring a packed lunch and a small overnight bag with a change of clothes). Settle into the hostel, explore seahouses, enjoy fish and chip tea, play games, and do crafts in the evening.
Wednesday: Cooked breakfast, then travel up to Holy Island (time dependent on tide times): explore the island, learn about St Aidan and St Cuthbert, join in children's worship, and activities. Packed lunch is provided. Dinner back at the hostel.
Thursday: Breakfast, then leave Seahouses at 10am, aiming to arrive at St Bart's at 11:15am.
The two night trip including accommodation, food, and travel is £60 per child. We are doing fundraisers to help keep this cost down. Please do get in touch if the cost is preventing you from considering this for your child.
All adults attending this trip have up to date DBS, and safeguarding training.
